These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at chonkoconstruction.com (the “Site”), operated by Chonko Construction, LLC (“Chonko Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

The Site is informational, not a contract or a bid

Everything on this Site, service descriptions, sample projects, plan designs, ranges, and any pricing, is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, a quote, a bid, or a binding commitment. Any project we do for you is governed solely by a separate, signed written agreement between you and Chonko Construction, LLC that sets out the actual scope, schedule, price, payment terms, and warranties. Nothing on this Site changes, adds to, or replaces that signed agreement. If anything on the Site appears to conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Consultations

We offer a free phone consultation to discuss your project. A consultation, a booked call, or a form submission does not create any obligation on either party and is not a contract for work.

Accuracy and availability

We maintain the Site to be accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Content, services, and any figures shown may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Site at any time.

Renderings and images

Design renderings, plan drawings, and illustrations on this Site show the kind of work we build. They are illustrations, not photographs of a specific completed job, and they are not a promise of the materials, finishes, dimensions, or result on your project. What we actually build for you is set out in your signed agreement.

Licensing

Chonko Construction, LLC is a licensed home builder in South Carolina (SC #52210). Licensing reflects our company’s standing and does not by itself create any obligation regarding a specific project, which is governed by your signed agreement.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, text, designs, logos, photographs, renderings, floor plans, and layout, are owned by Chonko Construction, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as a Google scheduling tool. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
