AlumiCast gloss finish- AlumiCast™ cap

- A gloss finish that holds
A fade-resistant gloss keeps the look modern, with SolarGuard® behind it.
- Priced against aluminum
Catalyst's own positioning: the look and performance of an aluminum fence without paying a premium price.
- Made by Catalyst, installed by us
Catalyst Fence Solutions manufactures the Manchester composite fence, and the image above is its product visualization, not a photograph of a Chonko Construction job. We are the installing builder.
The Manchester composite is offered in one finish.

Heights 4, 4 1/2 and 5 feet, in standard bottom and flush bottom configurations.
- checkPanel widths. 6 feet. Walk gates and drive gates are built to match the panel, and we set post depth and spacing to the height you choose. Aluminum gates for this line come with 1 by 1 inch pickets.
Pick the Manchester composite when you want the black metal look and a lower number.
Flat top, black, narrow pickets. It reads as aluminum from the street.
That is the product's entire reason to exist, and Catalyst says so plainly.
Wood-free composite does not rot or grow mold the way a wood picket in shade will.
- air
The metal version. If you want actual aluminum in the same flat-top profile, Catalyst's is the Manchester aluminum.

Pick it with the style. The cap is the part of the fence you see at eye level from the house. We price the caps with the panels, so it is one number rather than a change order later.
For the Manchester, the number moves with linear footage first, then the height you choose (4 to 5 ft), the gates, and the ground the posts go into. The full breakdown of what moves a composite fence price is on the composite fence page; we set the exact figure in writing after we walk the property.
Want real numbers? Our composite fence cost guide breaks down what a composite fence runs per linear foot in the Midlands, and the all-materials fence cost guide compares it to the other fence types. Whatever your number, it is set in the contract before any post hole is dug.
Warranty and Who Installs It
Two warranties cover a Manchester we install.
Catalyst backs its fence with a transferable limited lifetime warranty; the warranty document carries the terms.
Chonko Construction is a licensed home builder, license #52210, and the installation carries our named workmanship warranty.
Licensed South Carolina home builder, SC Residential Builders License #52210. One contract covers the panels, the posts, the gates and the installer.
Composite in the Midlands
A molded panel is built for the Midlands.
- Humidity. It does not rot and does not feed termites.
- Sun. The color runs through the panel, so there is no paint layer to chalk or peel.
- Grade. On a sloped lot the panels step with the ground, and the posts are set in concrete.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is composite as strong as aluminum?add
Catalyst's claim is comparable strength and look, not identical. The AlumiCast cap does the work at the surface and the Composicore does it inside. For a pool or wind code requirement, we specify aluminum.
Does the Manchester composite meet pool code?add
Catalyst makes no pool-code claim for this style. Pool barrier code turns on height, gaps and gate hardware, so we check the code for your address and specify a height and gate that meet it before anything is ordered.
What colors does it come in?add
Black is the color Catalyst offers in this style.
What is a composite picket fence?add
The Manchester composite is Catalyst's answer to an aluminum fence: a wood-free composite core capped to look and perform like metal. The Manchester is Catalyst Fence Solutions' version of it, and Chonko Construction installs it across Columbia and the Midlands under one written contract.
What heights does the Manchester come in?add
4 to 5 ft. We match the height to the job: privacy and pool code want the taller end, a front-yard boundary usually wants the shorter.
Can the Manchester be installed on a slope?add
Yes. On a grade we rack or step the panels so the fence follows the slope and stays level, and we show you which approach fits before any post is set.
