TimberGrain textured woodgrain- Open horizontal slats
The gap between slats is the style. You get most of the screen and keep the air and light moving through the line.
- The same from both sides
Catalyst builds it to look finished from either face, so there is no good side to give the neighbor.
- Steel in the rails
The top and bottom rails carry steel, with a mid brace across the section, which is what holds a long horizontal run flat.
- A wood-like profile in vinyl
Catalyst's own framing: outlast the weather and keep a wood-like profile without the upkeep of lumber.
- Rails that stay straight
Catalyst's StayStraight® construction guards the rails against bending and sagging in any weather.
- Color that holds
SolarGuard® fade resistance keeps the finish from chalking or yellowing in full Carolina sun.
- The wood look without the wood
The TimberGrain™ tier is an embossed woodgrain texture you can feel, with no splinters, rot, staining or peeling.
- Made by Catalyst, installed by us
Catalyst Fence Solutions manufactures the Largo, and the image above is its product visualization, not a photograph of a Chonko Construction job. We are the installing builder.
The Largo is offered in the Premium tier only, in the four TimberGrain blends.

Heights 4, 5 and 6 feet. These are ordered finishes, not quick-ship, so the color moves the start date.
- checkPanel widths. 8 feet. Walk gates and drive gates are built to match the panel, and we set post depth and spacing to the height you choose.
Pick the Largo when you want the modern louvered look and do not need a full screen.
Catalyst's own design note calls it a relaxation profile, inspired by louvered doors in warm climates.
The horizontal line suits both, which is why the catalog names urban industrial through modern farmhouse.
Finished on both faces, so the fence looks the same to you and to the neighbor.
- air
The full-privacy version. Catalyst pairs the Largo with the Madison, the same horizontal look with no gaps.

The solar cap lights the line. Catalyst's Solar Post Cap puts off-the-grid landscape lighting on the posts, with no wiring to run.

Pick it with the style. The cap is the part of the fence you see at eye level from the house. We price the caps with the panels, so it is one number rather than a change order later.
Top rail profiles
drawn to scale, 10 in the programWhich rail your panel carries follows its grade and size, so it is confirmed on the order rather than chosen off a page. Three of the ten are supplied through Catalyst’s lineal program.
For the Largo, the number moves with linear footage first, then the height you choose (4 to 6 ft), the gates, and the ground the posts go into. The full breakdown of what moves a vinyl fence price is on the vinyl fence page; we set the exact figure in writing after we walk the property.
Want real numbers? Our vinyl fence cost guide breaks down what a vinyl fence runs per linear foot in the Midlands, and the all-materials fence cost guide compares it to the other fence types. Whatever your number, it is set in the contract before any post hole is dug.
Warranty and Who Installs It
Two warranties cover a Largo we install.
Catalyst backs its fence with a transferable limited lifetime warranty; the warranty document carries the terms.
Chonko Construction is a licensed home builder, license #52210, and the installation carries our named workmanship warranty.
Licensed South Carolina home builder, SC Residential Builders License #52210. One contract covers the panels, the posts, the gates and the installer.
Vinyl in the Midlands
Vinyl suits South Carolina's climate.
- Humidity. It does not rot, and termites have nothing to eat.
- Sun. UV-stabilized panels resist the fading and yellowing strong Carolina sun causes over time.
- Wind and storms. Set on properly spaced posts in concrete footings, a solid panel carries Midlands storm wind.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much can you see through a Largo?add
Enough to read as a screen at a distance and not enough to be a privacy fence. The slats are spaced on purpose. For no sightline at all, the Madison is the same look, gap-free.
Does the Largo have a good side and a bad side?add
No. Catalyst builds it to look the same from both faces.
Which colors does the Largo come in?add
Four TimberGrain blends: Weathered Blend, Sierra Blend, Brazilian Blend and Arctic Blend.
What is a horizontal slat vinyl fence?add
The Largo is a horizontal slat panel: wide vinyl slats set with an even gap between them, so the fence screens without closing. The Largo is Catalyst Fence Solutions' version of it, and Chonko Construction installs it across Columbia and the Midlands under one written contract.
What heights does the Largo come in?add
4 to 6 ft. We match the height to the job: privacy and pool code want the taller end, a front-yard boundary usually wants the shorter.
Can the Largo be installed on a slope?add
Yes. On a grade we rack or step the panels so the fence follows the slope and stays level, and we show you which approach fits before any post is set.
